No weekend is without conflicts! We discovered that the 2014 Baltimore Marathon is Saturday, October 18, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The course will travel through many of Baltimore's neighborhoods, including the Inner Harbor waterfront area, Federal Hill and Fell's Point. Because of the timing of the race, access to and from our recommended hotel prior to the ceremony should not be significantly impacted, although traffic will be heavier than usual and there may be detours. We will post additional details for navigating the Marathon closer to the wedding.

The Ravens also have a home game against the Falcons at the M&T Bank Stadium in downtown Baltimore at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday (in case anyone is interested).

Due to the Marathon and the football game, the City is expected to be completely sold out the weekend of October 18. If you think you may be able to attend the wedding (we hope!), we urge you to make a hotel reservation as soon as possible. If your plans change, normal cancellation policies will permit you to cancel within 24 hours.
